Dr. Divya Kirti Gupta, Associate Professor at IBA-GN holds PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from Banasthali University, Banasthali and is an MBA from WISDOM, Banasthali University. She is also a Fellow of LEAD (Leadership for Environment and Development) India. She is a committed scholar and researcher and is guiding doctoral work of research students. Her areas of research interest are – Organization Behaviour, Corporate Social Responsibility, Holistic Corporate Management, & Management Thought and Perspectives. Contributed in framing the syllabus for chapter on Indian Management Models, Chapter 14 in Business Ethics - VMOU, Kota
