Her areas of expertise include Ancient Indian Wisdom, Indian Ethos in Management, Spirituality, Meditation, and Leadership Development. Her focus is on Holistic Development. She has also worked during this time with MOOCs online courses. MOOCs at IIMB and was awarded the best online platform for learning in India by President of the country in 2017. Prior to IIMB, she was teaching at Faculty of Management at MS University, Vadodara. She also worked at ICFAI National College and taught the prospective MBA candidates. After securing distinction in MBA, her penchant towards academics grew and she took interest in the area of teaching. Combining Indian Ethos, Indian Culture and Management, she secured her doctorate with a distinction.
