Brief profile
Dr Gupta is Erasmus Mundus Fellow, from University of Milan, Italy. He completed his Ph.D. in management and labour studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), and holds Master in management from Asian Institute of Management (AIM), Manila, Philippines. His area of interest is Qualitative Research, ATLAS.ti, Organizational Psychology, Management Practices, Employees’ Morale, Well-being and Motivation across sectors. He used ATLAS.ti, extensively in his thesis.
