Management is an art and a science - it has the characteristics of both. It is also malleable and lends itself to modiication and improvement to stay in step with changing times. The relevance of Indian Management thought is being felt deeply today even in the hallowed halls of the Ivy League schools of the US and perhaps the time is ripe for us to dig deep into our own history and understand what the fuss is all about!
