Managers and Corporate Cultures: The Case of Indian Organizations

This paper explores three interfaces in Indian organizations - (1) Structure and Systems/Organization Interface; (2) Roles/Organization Interface; and (3) Strategy and Culture/Organization Interface. An integrating framework is presented for understanding Culture, Self, Role, Organization and Environment of Indian managers and organizations.
