Workplace Spirituality Contained in Bhagavad Gita and its Contribution To Work Improvement: A Fundamental To Total Quality Management (TQM)

Among the many scriptural works available to explain Indian Wisdom, the Bhagavad Gita has been a storehouse of sustainable solutions to many organizational challenges over the years. This paper tries to capture the effect of spirituality contained in the Bhagavad Gita and propose a conceptual model for continuous work improvement at the workplace. Spirituality applied at workplace which is often referred to as Workplace Spirituality has been adopted in various management practices across the globe.
