Integrating Bharatiya Concepts with Contemporary Management Disciplines: Experiences at Banasthali University

This article takes into account the insights from curriculum of Faculty of Management Studies - WISODM, Banasthali University, which are taught to be able to present a Bharatiya way of management. The curriculum includes unique subjects like Indian Ethos and Human Quality Development, Indigenous management systems, and Indian management. Based on this the way forward to blend Bharatiya concepts with the contemporary management disciplines is suggested.
