The Two Week Faculty Development Programme on "Innovations in Management Education and Research" was organized by the Department of Management Studies, Teaching Learning Center, and the Research Development and Services Cell, Ramanujan College, University of Delhi. The program envisaged exploring the contemporary developments and latest additions to the body of knowledge in the Management discipline. It encompassed recent advancements and best practices in Management research, including Qualitative Research in Management, Hands-on application of research techniques using R Software, Effective Research Writing. A particular focus of the FDP was also on exploring the interdisciplinary linkages of Management with other disciplines.
